Paying in
The Deposits page lists eleven methods and calls every one instant. Some are clearly meant for other countries, so we have split them. A few methods carry minimum or maximum amounts. The operator writes those with a "€ / $" symbol, not "£", so we quote them exactly as shown and do not convert.
Open to UK players
| Debit card | Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and others. Credit cards are blocked for UK players. |
|---|---|
| PayPal | Offered to UK and Irish customers only. |
| Apple Pay | Needs an up-to-date Apple device and Safari; each payment is approved by Touch ID or your passcode. |
| paysafecard | Prepaid voucher; the page gives 10 minimum and 700 maximum per deposit, printed as € / $. |
| Trustly | Pay from online banking; 20 minimum and 700 maximum, printed as € / $. |
| MuchBetter | Phone-based e-wallet; 20 minimum, printed as € / $. |
| Payz | E-wallet once known as ecoPayz; 20 minimum, printed as € / $. |
Not for UK players
| Neteller, Skrill | Marked as unavailable to UK customers, and excluded from all bonuses anyway. |
|---|---|
| Neosurf | Ireland and Norway only. |
| EFT by Swiffy | South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria only. |
The route is Cashier, then Deposit, then your method and its form. The site says it emails a confirmation for each deposit. No deposit fees are listed, though your bank or wallet may charge its own.
Choosing a method (our opinion)
Think about the way out before the way in. Withdrawals go back to a method you have deposited with, so a debit card or PayPal keeps both directions on one account. Trustly and Payz have shorter published payout transfers than cards and PayPal. paysafecard is good for a hard budget, yet it cannot receive payouts, so a second method is needed for cashing out. And if you want either welcome offer, remember that Skrill and Neteller deposits never count.
Cashing out
The Withdrawals page, headed "Cashing Out", lists seven methods. Each is given two timings: how long the operator takes to process, then how long the money spends in transit. The operator's published transfer times run from quickest to slowest below. Actual arrival times can vary.
| Method | Processing (business days) | In transit (business days) | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Instant Bank Payment | 1 | 1 | Runs through TrueLayer |
| Neteller | 1 | 1 | Listed, although deposits by Neteller are closed to UK customers |
| Trustly | 1 | 3 | |
| Payz | 1 | 3 | |
| EFT by Swiffy | 1 | 3 | For the three countries named above |
| PayPal | 1 | 3–7 | |
| Debit card | 1 | 3–7 | Mastercard payouts unavailable due to issuer restrictions; Visa unavailable in some countries |
What happens after you press withdraw
-
Step 1: You request a withdrawal
From the Cashier. At least one successful deposit must be on the account, and money goes back to a method you have deposited with. Any bonus still being wagered is cancelled at this point.
-
Step 2: It sits as "Pending" for 3 business days
The terms let you cancel during this window, and allow the operator to hold a payout until verification is complete.
-
Step 3: The operator processes it
The Withdrawals page gives one business day of processing for every method.
-
Step 4: Your provider receives it
Transfer time depends on the method: one business day for Instant Bank Payment, three for Trustly or Payz, three to seven for cards and PayPal.
Caps
The terms allow €3,000 in any week and €6,000 in any month for each account, and the operator may lift those figures if it chooses. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full, outside those caps. Most hard limits in the terms are in euros, and the terms define "$" as whatever currency your account uses.
Proving who you are
ProgressPlay Limited checks identity when you register and again when its rules require it. A valid photo ID is needed before the first payout. More checks can be triggered by activity across its brands passing €2,000 in combined deposits and withdrawals, by changes to important account details, or by a payout request to an unfamiliar method. Expect to be asked for a recent proof of address (no older than three months) and evidence that the card or wallet is in your name; on any card image, leave only the first and last four digits showing and cover the security code. Our suggestion is to upload documents on day one so no withdrawal ever waits on them.
Fees and dormant accounts
None of the listed deposit or withdrawal methods shows a fee. The Withdrawals page does print fees for crypto assets, but we saw no crypto method offered. Any charge your own payment provider makes is yours to bear, according to the terms. One fee to watch: after a year without a single login, an account starts paying a 5-euro monthly administration charge, following 30 days' notice, until nothing is left.
Names on your statement
Unfamiliar names on a statement are usually the processor. For cards, the Deposits page lists three possible descriptors: ProgressPlay Limited, Babaloo CASHOO.EU and Babaloo Limited. Most withdrawals are identified as "Babaloo Limited / ProgressPlay Ltd", and Instant Bank Payment as "Truelayer Limited / ProgressPlay Ltd".
If a payment goes wrong
Deposit or payout problems go to the operator's support, which is described as open day and night by live chat and email; our login guide shows where to find it. We cannot see or chase transactions. If support does not resolve it, the terms at www.betneptune.com describe how to complain and name an independent body for disputes that stay unresolved.
