Which login are you after?
"Neptune Casino login" is typed by two different groups of people. If you have a BetNeptune account, the steps below are for you. If your account is with Neptune Play (neptuneplay.com), this page cannot help: it is a different company, and only its own support can deal with your account. We mention its register status on the name comparison page.
Signing in to BetNeptune

Step 1: Reach the operator's own domain
Type www.betneptune.com yourself, or use our button, which opens the home page there. Before typing anything, check that the address bar shows that domain.

Step 2: Press "Login" in the top-right corner
A small window opens over the page. There is no separate login address, which is a useful test: a "login page" at a different URL is not the operator's.

Step 3: Enter the email you registered with, then your password
The two fields are labelled "Enter your email" and "Enter your password". There is no username, no social sign-in and no "remember me" box.

Step 4: Stuck? Use the links under the form
"Forgot your password?" starts an email reset. "Need help? Support Center" opens the operator's help articles, and live chat is reachable once you are in.
How to spot a sign-in page that is not the operator's
- The address is anything other than www.betneptune.com, even if the page shows the BetNeptune logo.
- It sits on a page of its own. The genuine sign-in is a pop-up over the operator's site.
- It asks for more than an email and password, such as card numbers or a one-time code sent to your phone.
- It pushes you to act fast, for example "verify now or lose your balance".
If you have typed your password somewhere you are not sure about, change it on the official site straight away and tell the operator's support.
When it will not let you in

Reaching support
The operator describes its support as open around the clock by live chat and email. Live chat is found in the Cashier and Account menus after signing in; the "Support" entry in the side menu opens a help centre with articles on bonuses, payments, verification, games, sports and safer gambling. We deliberately leave out any support email address, so you only ever contact the operator from its own pages.
